Welcome! Stat-Xplore is an Open Data Platform (ODP) that is designed for users like you to explore the many different benefit datasets that the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) offers. Troubleshooting – Help! I am Unable to Login Into my Account

If you enter the wrong login credentials, Stat-Xplore displays an error message. If you do this more than three times, your account may become locked. If this happens, don’t worry as your account should automatically unlock itself after 20 minutes of inactivity. If this does not happen for you, please contact us at Stat.Xplore@dwp.gov.uk to have your account unlocked.



Background Information

Stat-Xplore was created because it offers a fully self-service platform for interactive data dissemination and empowers users to ask any questions of the data rather than being limited to what DWP decide is relevant. Stat-Xplore is excellent in that it has robust security features for confidentiality and privacy protection. Given that Government bodies typically hold sensitive data on very vulnerable individuals, Stat-Xplore enables these bodies to share sensitive data in a safe way without compromising the privacy of their customers.

Additionally, Stat-Xplore is a big cost saving, efficient, and resource saving approach for the department that also adds a huge amount of value and flexibility for users.
