Gender as recorded on the Universal Credit Full Service (UCFS) database. Where it is not available on the UCFS it is sourced from the Customer Information System (CIS).

Quality Statement
In support of the claim, proof of identity must be provided for the claimant.
It is possible that errors can occur in the recording of gender, as gender is not asked for in the application process. The majority of gender information is taken from CIS.
