Field: Re-assessment Indicator
Description
PIP has started to replace Disability Living Allowance (DLA) from April 2013. This field identifies whether a case has been re-assessed from DLA or if it is a completely new claim.
Classification
Applicable to: all claimants
- Individual previously received DLA and has been re-assessed as a PIP case.
- Individual was not previously a recipient of DLA and has made a new claim for PIP.
