Field: Incapacity Benefit reassessment indicator
Description
A flag to show whether the Employment and Support Allowance claim is a result of an Incapacity Benefit (IB)/ Severe Disablement Allowance re-assessment. This is the process whereby people on the old incapacity benefit are being reassessed to see if they are eligible for ESA. The process started in 2010 and continues but is largely complete.
